Thiys fusion of old and new defines every stage of our brewing process — where meticulously sourced ingredients meet state-of-the-art equipment to produce a vibrant range of beers with character and depth.

We pride ourselves on using locally sourced malt and hops, grounding our brews in Derbyshire’s rich brewing heritage. These traditional elements give our classic ales a distinct regional identity. At the same time, we push boundaries by incorporating exotic hop varieties, specialty grains, and unique yeast strains, opening the door to exciting modern flavours and styles.

We started to brew in 2023 after what seemed years of research with one goal: to brew and share our own unique ales and lagers with everyone.

What started as a passion project has quickly grown — today, we proudly run two pubs, with more on the horizon.
